At Posture Store (a trading name of Think Posture Limited), we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return something, we're here to help.
If your item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you return it within 30 days of receipt, we’ll provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Please include your proof of purchase – such as your order confirmation email or order number.
Exceptions:
Some items are non-returnable – such as bespoke or custom-made items. These will be clearly marked as ‘non-returnable’ on the product page under the 'Delivery & Returns' section. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.

When returning your item:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.
If your item is faulty or sent in error, please contact us and we’ll arrange a free collection. Alternatively, you're welcome to return it at your own cost.
All returned items are tested. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service and obtaining proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Our 30-day return policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Under these regulations:
Once cancelled, you must return the goods within 30 days. We’ll refund you (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
You may be liable for any loss in value if goods are handled beyond what’s necessary to inspect them.
